I have purchased an eon ago a power master 9513 starter through summit. Not sure their return policy...anyway, I have installed the starter with the tti headers. Nose cone starter is like a pm #9523.
Clearance is one concern. They clear but so close that the rubber insulator is touching header tube.
No nose cone on this starter. Will it be ok without using a nose cone design? Looks like the nose piece would help locate the starter.
I made a bushing for the enlarged hole to positively locate the mounting portion of the starter. I think that part is ok.
Is anyone else using this starter.....is what I have going to work ok? Dont want to mess up gears on my t converter.
