Can anyone tell me how much backspace needed to run 235/60/14 tire on the back with a rim of 14x7

I have some with 3 5/16 back space would that be fine? What would the biggest tire size i could use?

I have 255/60/15 on my Dart

Reason why I'am asking is because I got a set of centerlines coming 14x6 & 14x7 with 3 5/16 backspace just want to put the biggest size of tire on the back and biggest size in front to lift car up a bit all the the car is stock frontend and rear the same
