A-Body 4spd question

Will any hurst 4 spd shifter work on a 72 Dodge Demon? If not is there a particular number I should be looking for.

I will be using bucket seats and I do have a console, not sure if I want the console though.

If the shifter tower has a bolt on handle you can probably get a different handle that has the proper offset so it can be used with a console.

You basically need a shifter tower, mounting bracket, & linkage with rods & tabs, that are all made for an A body Mopar trans. Then you bolt on the handle for console or non-console. The difference between the console & non-console handles is that the console handle has 2 right angle bends in it. The first one bends the handle toward the center of the car. The second bends the handle straight up so it will come up through the hole in the center of the console.

Yes, the one in the bottom pic, is around $800 on ebay, the top pic is one I just picked up on ebay. There on ebay quite often, $150-250 price range, good luck!
