I have 4 seat belt bolts for sale. They are from a '71 a-body.

One is slightly longer than the others.

Actually that's just enough to do the front, you know you've got the outer side of the belt, and the inner belt, for both driver and passenger. So 4 bolts is just enough for the front. (or the back I think uses the same bolts).
Anyway, I found the forth one thats the same size as the others, so I'll give you 4 the same, and keep the longer one.
