A Body Steering column

How can I tell what car my steering column came from. I have one but not sure of the application. Will post pics shortly.
It was in a 1970 Duster but looks like its not original to the car. I bought it as a roller.

It's got what looks like Grant steering wheel adapter on it.

yep you are right...Grant adapter is what it is on the rod..
