Are there numbers on the top tank? Doesn't the top tank looks like an early A?

ill will check to see if numbers are on the top tank tomorrow. it came out of my 68 barracuda...but i guess its a possibility it may not have been original to the car... i wouldn't know. lol

When you check for numbers would you measure the core length?

yes, no problem.

the numbers on the top tank read: 38086

and the tape says it's a 22....unless im measuring it wrong....

I was talking top to bottom measurement instead of side to side.
