A Body Window regulator springs

I need 2 window regulator springs for an early A. I have two sets of regulators that I soaked in Evapo-Rust to clean up before installing, and so far 3 out of 4 springs have broken. I think the chemical must have attacked the springs somehow and weakened them. Any help is appreciated.

A member just had a thread about putting electric motors on his early a yesterday. He likely has the springs. Quite an interesting thread.

Thanks, but you still need the springs even with power, to compensate for the weight of the glass.
