I want to add A/C to my 1969 Dart Swinger.

What is the best kit out there and looks stock, instead of hanging below the dash?

"Classic Auto air". You don't have to drill , cut or modify the firewall so it can be put back to original if wanted..

The stock one for your car hangs below the dash itself so what do you mean ‘looks’ stock?

Classic Auto Air in my Barracuda. Like Oldmanmopar said I drilled one 1/8th inch hole for a strap.
