im wondering how big of an engine can you bolt up to on a 3spd on the column transmission that orginaly had a slant six bolted up to it in a 72 swinger??? and what mods would i have to make???

A lot of the Dusters came from the factory with that tranny behind a 340 with a 3 speed floor shifter. I believe it's the same tranny, just a different bellhousing and clutch assenbly.
