Well Forest Grove is outside Portland. If it's been in the valley for most it's life expect rust.

I think I might know who's car it is and he is a member here as well. Good guy, has a few early A's.
Just to state - If it was kept from the pine needles, west coast "rust" is NOT east coast rust. In fact it is normally surface rust. It looks pretty good.
