I have a friend who is a Marine. He has been working diligently on a 1966 Chevy Pickup (gasp) that he recently repainted.
He just got the engine back from machine shop right before he had to leave for 6 weeks for Sargent school.
I spoke to his wife, and she is on board.
Myself and a couple others are going to assemble, paint, detail, and install the engine while he is gone!!!:toothy7:
I have even been baiting him a bit on Facebook, asking what his plans were, why he didn't get it done before he left, etc. He has even offered to pay me to install it, prodding to see if I have the time. Suddenly my scheule is "really busy"...:yawinkle:
I might even video it and throw it up on You Tube.
