[SOLD] A833 OD 4 speed

i have a nice 833 OD 4 speed. Aluminum case. Was in my 65 cuda. Changing it over to regular 833. Works great and smooth. Also have a bellhousing, flywheel and clutch for a slant six. Also have a good slant six hooked up to it all right now. Would take $850 OBO for the whole setup. $400 OBO for the 4 speed, $200 OBO for the bellhousing, flywheel, and clutch & pressure plate. All plus shipping. All worked very good in my cuda. Open to any reasonable offers. May take trades ? 14” rally’s, chrome bands, wheel,centers ?

Would you ship the whole trans setup to TX? How about just the bell/flywheel/clutch etc? Curious if this particular trans would accept the set-back shifter mount from later D series truck ('79-'87 I think). I need the shifter set back a foot or so.

If my memory serves me correctly, I belive D series trucks use the long tailshaft version of this trans with forward B and rearward E body mount points. Years ago My dad and i redid an 81 with slant 6 and O/D 4 speed. I believe i remember getting underneath and pinning and setting up the linkages one time and seeing both mount provisions, and a long tailshaft extension.

You are most likely correct. I'm trying to go 4OD from the three on the column A745 in my truck. I could still use the bellhousing etc though.

Yes , I’d ship it to Tx. But shipping would probably expensive cause of the weight. Let me know if you want to move forward.

I’d sell any of this separately. Part out the motor or whatever. Anyone need any slant 6 parts. Good motor, hate to part it out but it ain’t selling like it is.
