looking for a 23 spline/30 spline output shaft
1st gear
1-2 synchronizer assembly

I'll check my spare parts, but I know I don't have an output shaft. Check Passon Performance or Brewers Performance for the main shaft. As long as it is an "A" body 30 splines on the output, they are the same output shaft.

I bought an A833 from a Chevy guy that was worse than yours. Luckily the mainshaft was good, most everything else was scrap. Not sure how he did it? I'll let you know if I can find the other parts you are looking for.

I talked to Brewers and they said it sounds like it was flat towed. bearing got hot, melted to first gear

Yes, they were O/D only. But if it is 30 spline it could be interesting, depending on price.
