ABS headliner & sail panels

Getting ready to install front and rear glass and just want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything. The only interior pieces that I plan to install before the glass is the dash, headliner and sail panels. Is that all that has to be in? I have the abs style headliner and sail panels. Is there any trick to installing them? I know the dome light, mirro, visors and clips hold the headliner in but what about the sail panels? My new ones don't have the factory style clips. They came w/ 2 velco strips for each one. Is the velco good enough to hold them? Any tips for this whole process would be greatly appreciated.

Yes,
the glass needs to be before the head liner, The liner is held up front and back by the window gasket.
