AC idler pulley

I improvised mine. I bought one from rockauto for a 70 something valiant. When it came the inside diameter was to large so I thought about how I could make it work and I decided a washer on either side the same size as the inside race and then the bolt through the washer. The compressive force is enough to keep it but if you are concerned you can put a couple of washer inside the race about the same size.
 
Ill try rock auto, it looks exactly like one off a late 60's mustang with AC so I may try that too.
 
The aftermarket ones on Mustangs use a larger bolt and are plastic. I wanted a metal one.
