AC line clearance for 440?

This is my 73 duster that currently has a slant, but I have a 440 that will eventually go in. I'm currently adding an under dash AC and want to run the lines where marked in the pic, will this be ok? Current plan is schumaker headers.

Just realized the car above has the radiator inlet on the opposite side of an original bb car.
My guess is with the alternator, power steering pump, distributor, radiator hose, and compressor all competing for space, that radiator was used to put the compressor in the lowest position possible that had room behind it for hoses.

Hmm, putting a/c in my car is going to be a challenge.
Maybe since I don't have power steering I can mount a compressor there?
