Accessory Power

Just about finished re-wiring the Dart with the EZ Wire kit but am having an issue with powering accessories when the key is in the accessory position. Does anyone know what pins on the column plugs should be accessory power and if there should be more than one constant power feed to the ignition switch?
The EZ kit mentions linking 2 connectors (constant hot) but that’s for the GM plugs the kit includes, cannot find any reference to the Mopar plugs and if any pins need to be bridged.

Thats what I thought but with the ign switch in the accy position I have no voltage on them. Of course the sw may be bad but I wanted to make sure there is only one hot feed to the ignition switch.
