I'm using a late-model power steering pump from a Jeep. I need to make up a custom hose for this situation. There are many adapters available for this purpose, but none fit the Mopar steering box. It uses a 5/16 male o-ring to seal, the tube nut is 1/2-20. I want to adapt to -6 AN.
Can I use a 1/2-20 to -6 adapter with a seal washer? I can't see why this wouldn't work but wanted to run it past someone first.
