Adding 2x4 tunnel ram to my 410 stroker

Ok, I’m switching things up a bit this summer. I purchased the Weiand tunnel ram with 2 450s from summit. My question is this: will the tunnel ram fit under a fiberglass Hemi super stock hood? Does anyone have pics? As I don’t have it on, not exactly sure how high it sits. Really don’t want to cut my steel hood…. Actually I will not cut my steel hood. Lol

It may, but I doubt it.I have 1 inch spacers on mine because my carbs didn’t have any vacuum ports for the pcv system. The base of the carbs are just about level with the hood. This is an Edelbrock intake also, not sure how much difference there is.

Nice ride! Damn it looks close. Hmmm. Hopefully someone out there has tried. Don’t want to buy one if she’s not gonna fit. I do like the look you have with that scoop!

Thanks, I found a 100.00 steel hood on Craigslist so I cut that one and saved my original.
There was a scoop like this one on here the other day for a good price.

I ran it for a summer without the hood. Thought I may get some grief from the police. Drove past one at an intersection while he was directing traffic, he just smiled and waved.

Would it be possible to see your throttle linkage and hook up? I’m perplexed with what they sent me. Lol

Hope this helps. I had Holley 660 center squirters on but have changer to their 550 T ram carbs.
I had to use a kickdown cable but am changing over to a rmvb so I’ll ditch that.
