Adjustable spring shackles

HI,Just got a 72 scamp and it has 3 position adjustable rear shackles on the back,i'm wondering which way I move them to lower vehicle.Do I move it to a lower hole to lower rear of vehicle or higher hole to lower.

The right side of car is sitting higher than left by a fairly significant amount do you happen to know if that is due to the super stock springs.

Yup try raising the front driver side of the car with the torsion bar adjusters it should level it out
