Aeromotive fuel pump

Ijust installed an aeromotive electrical fuel pump and man that thing is noisy...any suggestions on how to quiet it down?

I would build a sound insulation box for it to deaden the noise of the pump and install rubber mounting hangers to help with vibration,Mrmopartech

Uncork your headers or turn up your radio! Just kidding, but would work. Go with Mrmopartech, sounds like solid advice.

thanks guys we have vibration isoltion pads for heatin equipment that I think would work really well, but man is it noisy!

Just pull the fuse! But seriously, yeah, they're loud. Holley has new pumps out that are supposed to be very quiet. Supposed to be a "gerrotor" pump or something like that. But when its loud, you know its running, don't cha?
