I plan to switch to EFI when I can afford it and would like to set up my new tank NOW to accept Aeromotive's in-tank Phantom 340 Fuel pump in the future and plate it closed for now.
I plan to cut a fuel pump access hole in the trunk floor [thanks for the idea goldduster318] so it will not be necessary to recess the pump into the tank.
Anyone know the hole size for the tank? Bolt pattern?
I checked Summit's Aeromotive offering to see if I could buy a gasket to get the necessary dimensions but no luck.

The hole you cut in the actual tank is 3.25". The OD of the ring that sticks above the tank is roughly 5". You'll want to add significant extra space to be able to hook up and unhook the fittings.

This is about the smallest I'd make the opening. The Irregular shape is to get around cutting into the frame spot welds or anywhere where the floor had curved areas in it.
