Hello. I have a Moroso rear sump 7 qt oil pan on my 408 stroker.

I am wondering who else used this pan, what dipstick did you end up using?

I ordered a Milodon rear sump oil pan dipstick from summit, for a truck rear sump oil pan but of course it is way too short! And also, as I found, this one screws into the side of the Milodon truck pan. It does not press into the block like the traditional small block dipstick does...

The rear sump oil pan I have has a channel for the dipstick, just like this stock truck oil pan shown here:

still cannot find an aftermarket dipstick for a rear sump oil pan. all the aftermerket stuff measures at about 21 inches...which states it will work, but of course they dont :)

one i need, needs to be around 30 inches or so.
