Air Cleaner to Carter BBD Carb Mounting Gasket

Does anyone know where I can find an air cleaner to carter bbd carb mounting gasket that is the thick rubber type and not composite? The carb neck size is 2 5/8". I may also need a 1/2" or so riser spacer. Your response will be greatly appreciated.
 
I think I saw them on Detroit Muscle Technologies website. If you have any questions call them very friendly.
