Air cleaner

Will a factory 4bbl air cleaner, either unsilenced or snorkled, fit on a Holley carb; Avenger 670 to be exact?

unless it was designed for the earlier carters with the smaller throut

I think one from a Thermoquad would work. Pretty sure it has a 5 1/8" neck. Don't remember about the size of the neck on the AVS carbs. Been too long since I messed with one.

the unsilanced will fit, I had one mocked up on my "spare" 340 with the same S.A. 670. I have a 770 now... haven't tried that one yet.

Cool, thanks for the responses. I'd hate to plunk down the money people are asking for the unsilenced air cleaners then find that it won't fit.
