Alarm system w/ wireless key entry

Has anyone installed an alarm system with the wireless key entry?

The descriptions of the alarms say that an adapter may be needed to get the wireless key to work.

I may put in an alarm, but do not know if the wireless key is worth the trouble?

Hi,

I installed a Scytek G20-C in my 74 Swinger. In addition to the system, I installed door lock solenoids, lock, unlock, dome light and trunk release relays. I don't have the alarm horn hooked up. It works great but could use remotes with a little more power for more distance.
