I just had my 68 valiant aligned using specs found on this site. The car now has the factory 9" drums. The plan however is to convert it to big pattern F-body spindles.
I have put all new bushings and ball joints in my current a-arms and lower arms.

What to do with the upper ball joint? I've been thinking about using the tapered adapter, found at doctor diff, so I can retain the 72-down upper balljoint. Is this any good?
And do I need to realign it after the spindel swap has been made?

Or should I just get new upper ball joints as well?

What about the bushings in the A-arms, Will they fit in the 73-up A-arms?

Thanks,

Antoon

bushing are pretty much the same for i dont no how many years ....they press real easy in an out .... save the time an trouble an put the right ball joint in ,,,,get it re align .... you can come real close on alignment if you mark the position that they came out of ....
