I'm not aware of any.
There might be oddball Mitsus (DSM), Hillman-Lucas (Plymouth Cricket), Mercedes-Bosch (Daimler/Chrysler), or Fiat-Stellantis stuff that made it out the doors, but all the "Mopar" stuff- even newer Hemis and the like- have external regulators; either a stand alone VR or computer-regulated.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm mistaken- I sure haven't seen everything by a long shot.
There is a thread on here about converting the late hemi alternators to self-regulating though, if that's what your aim is.

I have heard that the very late, don't know how late, RAM stuff is internal, but that may be BS. Even my old 01 Dodge Diesel, which actually has the VR built into the engine computer--a stupid move, is externally regulated

On most of the later Dodges, the VR is built into the engine computer. There is a website that talks about adapting an older 70's VR changing a bit of wiring, if the one inside the computer fails.
