aluminum trim around wheel openings - 69 Dart

Did many 69 Swingers have the aluminum trim around the wheel openings or was this more of a GTS thing? The original one I had new in 69 didn't but the one I have now has them .
 
In 1969 wheel lip mouldings were standard on the GTS. Optional on the Swinger 340 when you ordered the A46 package which also got you the drip rail mouldings.
The A46 Package listed for $19.60

Ahhhhh that explains it , because as you can see in the pic I have the vinyl top with the trim on the drip rails, so I guess if you got a vinyl yop you got the trim package. Thanks!
 
The 1970 Dart Custom with vinyl top has the wheel mouldings.
