Other than the obvious differences in the area under the seats, what's the difference between these 2 floors?

Top one looks exactly like my 67 Barracuda floor, but bottom one appears to extend farther in the back.

400-1067 is for longer wheel base like Dart, Valiant. 400-1267 is 108" Barracuda, Duster, Demon and Dart Sport. Bottom one is correct and goes to the factory seam under the rear seat bottom.

Is the longer wheelbase in the 1067 floorpan?
Or is it in the rear sections, 410-1067 L and R?

The 400-1067 dart/scamp 1 can be made to work it is made shorter and uses the rear extensions as noted in your post. The 400-1267 is correct for all 108WB cars which yours is.
I used the 400-1067 in my Duster build because AMD and summit were out of stock on the 400-1267 and I only needed up to that far.

I think I got it now.

1067 is shorter, but is actually for the longer wheelbase (needs the 2 extensions to complete)

1267 is longer, than just the 1067, but is for the shorter wheelbase (no extensions needed).

I imagine you could lay the 1067 on top of the 1267 and it would fit, meaning the tunnel, seat mounts, drains, etc, are in the same place.

Of course, the stamping on the 1067 more closely matches my floor, as far as under the seat and the seat mounts.

Yes, the long wheelbase [111"]cars use the short floor [all Darts and Scamps], because they have separate rear footwells to extend it. The short wheelbase [108"] cars use the long floor [Valiants, Dusters, Demons, Dart Sports, 67-69 Barracudas].
Aside from the length at the rear, the floors are the same. Because of year to year updates, there are slight variations such as holes for seat belts, and indentations for wiring etc. Nothing that affects fitment. The AMD floors are excellent, and may need slight changes depending on what year car you are working on.
