Anyone have any feedback on American Racing wheels. I’m contemplating buying the 15 inch VN501 or something similar , which resembles the 54 series chrome Magnum 500s

What kind of feedback are you looking for? I have a set of 17” VN309’s, torque thrust originals, on my ‘73 Swinger. I love the design and they’re a nice wheel for the price. I had Vintage Wheel Works V40’s on my Nova but at $400 a piece. They were better quality and less susceptible to scratching and the like. But again, More than three times the price for the same size wheels and in a Chevy bolt pattern.

All i know is that american racing must have changed their wheel numbering system. Ive got a set of vn-501s, but they are polished tt2's
Anyway, my input would be.... if they use conical seat lugs on the wheel you select, figure on twenty new longer lug studs.
