Came in a box of parts with a 71 Duster, 3 speed car.

Those are throttle return spring brackets that bolt to the intake manifold on the second bolt from the front on the driver's side on a small block....

A few different styles...

I thought so, but wasn't sure. What does the throttle cable bracket look like on a manual car? I'm missing that.

It's similar to the one for the automatic, but no attachment for the kick down linkages...
 
All are throttle return spring brackets. Far left and center are small block, one on the right is big block.

All my cars are automatic, I don't have a manual car to take a picture of one for you...
