Well if you are keeping the 360 I would go with the stroker kit you was talking about and put in a 4 inch stroke. Now cast or forged depends on the amount of horsepower you want and how light and strong you want it to be. Forged is always better but it is expensive. You have any idea of what you are going to do with the car? Street, All out drag race, street/strip, g-machine? All these are going to affect what rearend and transmisson would do you the best. But the 360 is a great engine so keep that.
