A man goes to a pet store and buys a parrot. He puts the parrot on his shoulder and walks into a hardware store and asks for a #10 file. The clerk asks the man why he wants the file and he tells him that the parrot keeps pecking him in the side of the head and it hurts like hell so he wants to file his beak down. The clerk says you can't do that, it won't be able to eat and die. 2 weeks later the man goes to the same hardware store and the clerk asks How your parrot? The man says Oh he died. The clerk said See, I told you it would die if you filed his beak down. The man replied, Aw, it was dead when I took him out of the vise!
