Another shoulder harnesses question

On my 68 Dart I dohave shoulder harnesses. one end is bolted in and the latch clips in by sun visor.what holds the tail to keep it from hanging down? Where could one be found?

on mine, i had it so the tail was on the top side when it was clipped in. guess my tails were well behaved

I did see a harness picture with a band around the belt. Probably not available?

Originally the end had a length of elastic with a snap at the end. The elastic would hold it tight and the female end was on the beginning of the strap just short of the anchor bolt.
