Another stroker/nitrous spark plug question

Just getting ready to fire up the new 11.5:1 compression 408 that will be seeing a 100-150 shot. Aluminum Eddy headed.
I'm curious what plugs (part #s) have Been working for you guys.
Trying to decide a heat range

Best plugs for finding your tuneup are ngk. 5781 I think it is. -10 I use but that is cold. You may want a warmer plug.
