I'm going back to Englers junkyard today in NE PA. Last year I pulled a super six off of a Volare wagon. I neglected to pull the flange that is attached to the transmission that the linkage connects to. I understand that it's a different size than the one on the older trannys.

Question...was the super six an option or standard on the late seventies Volares/Aspens? And if so, would the flange on single barrel Volare/Aspen be the same size as the two barrel super six?

Success!
Just returned from Englers with the flange/bracket that is attached to the transmission for the Super Six linkage. Picked it off of an Aspen Wagon. In fact, there is a Volare sedan with the bracket if anyone needs one.

How about doing me a favor? Measure from the center line of the valve body shaft hole to the center line of the hole where the linkage hooks up without bending the tape measure?
