Ok my project is making progress and starting to get excited. I really would like to get honest opinion on what it will run. I know its just a guess, but please help me out.

14pt cage full back half
4-link
Dana 60 430 with Detroit Locker
29.5Tall 14inch Wide on a 15X15 rim slicks
Alterkation front end
All glass, Heater delete
Will be street driven Pro Street Car
Trans is a powerglide with a pro brake and a gearvenders OD
Converter is 9.5 inch with 3800 stall

Engine
RB512 Stroker 4.25 stroke internal balance
10.25 compression
Heads are Stealth CNC ported
Cam is a comp cams xr292r solid street roller
Prw roller rockers
Performer rpm intake
2 1/8 custom headers into 3inch custom exhaust
prosystems 1100cfm sv1 carb 1inch open spacer plus 3/4 nitrous spacer
150 shot plate nitrous

Have you ever run a car like that before. car should be stout I say 9.90's if your spraying and have some experiance driving it.

According to desktop dyno, I used some head flow numbers I found for a set of cnc'd stealths somewhere and the cam specs from comp. With 150 shot of nitrous perfectly tuned would be close to 700hp... with desktop drag in a 3400lb car with your specs and launching nitrous out of the hole at 3800rpm with a 6600rpm shift point.

800ft altitude w/ slicks 9.771 @ 136.2mph

not saying it's accurate..but it's cool to play with.
