Would an anti-sway bar reduce the understeer of an otherwise stock 1964 Barracuda V-8? Who is a provider of such bars for A-Bodies?

Well it will definitely reduce body roll and make the car handle better. I"m not the guy to ask though about understeer vs oversteer.
Lots of company's making good swaybars.

and others I cant think of right now.

p.s. If you have no sway bar at all right now, any bar, including a stock mopar a-body bar will be a great improvement.

Agree with the above post. Even a light sway bar will help if you don't have one. However, understeer is not just a single fix. Do some interweb searching on fixing understeer. You will find that there are remedies for the car, dependent on where the understeer occurs in the corner, entry, mid, or exit; toe, camber, sway bar stiffness, shock stiffness. Some fix is driver related, understanding the limitations of the car, don't over drive it. Good luck.
