it was a week away from paint then it rain and it got wet. it was not out side but it was rain and moisture got to it:bootysha: there a por that you spray on 2 or3 times then hose off then blow dry and paint
any body know what to use on this before i paint

If it was mine I'd just brush on some phosphoric acid and wipe it off as best I could. Then Prime and paint as usual.
