Any bodywork hook ups in midwest?

I was wondering if any of you have any hook ups on body work and paint in or near Ohio? Budget is tight, we've been driving 150 miles weekly to radiate our horse that has cancer. It has sucked us dry almost of all funds, and is definitely taking a mental toll on both of us. If anyone knows of a decent place, but cheap I would greatly appreciate it. It would help me to get my mind off of things by beginning to get back to work on my duster.

I know... I know... You get what you pay for, but it's my only option. I value the life of our horse more than my el dustero.
