Any idea how to remove these without damaging the bezel?

Odometer knob is in the way, any idea how to remove it?

Odometer knob is threaded on, gently turn ccw. If need be wrap the odo stem with string/dental floss to hold it firm. Also there is a bezel tool to remove switch bezels, so you dont scratch the plastic or the chrome.

Someone on ebay was selling the tool awhile back, 18 bucks I think. Worked well for me.
