Any late model radiators pretty much a bolt in?

Hey All:

Would like to shed some weight on the radiator while getting an aluminum rad.

I seem to recall someone mentioning that a BMW radiator would work, but don't have any idea what year.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What car do you need a radiator for?

Sorry just read your signature. 71 Swinger? I got a new aluminum one for a 70 Dart (bolted right in to the 65, just new hoses) wasnt much and got it in a couple of days.

Yeah, the radiator I got works ok. Its just really heavy and it doesn't cool exactly great (O reilly stock replacement).

A lot of late model stuff is aluminum and thinner (which would theoretically allow an HHR Fan). Something decent with plastic tanks would be even better. Light and good cooling are the objectives.
