Also I have better heat out of some vents and cool. I cant run the fan on high. It blows cool when I do that. This has to be a blend door issue.

Do you notice that the heater works better when you back off the throttle?

Following refers to RH drive: on rh side of heater core in passenger footwell there is a a plastic arm which should have a threaded rod attached to it, when you change the climate control slide on dash the rod will move the arm that controls the air flow, this rod can become disconnected......

For RH drive...but you get the picture. Maybe this will help.

The heat is worse with less throttle. I disconnected the rod and moved the arm. I didnt notice a change. Im stumped.
