I may have to go with Ddaddy on this one, here is a pic of a plow blade shim.

I think the auger tooth is the best bet--there's a pic of a new one below. I had a feeling the FABO team would come through! The nearest utility pole is at least 50 feet away from where I found it, but the previous owner did move a lot of dirt in the area.
