I am sure its been done, but who has had it done with the larger 3/4" or 1" tubes? Who and how much?

I got a quote from a local radiator shop and it is going to be $636 for the 3/4" tubes!

WTF, must be getting old.

..just get a good quality 3 core to fit your tanks....
..there are cheap(3/8") tubes and better quality (1/2 or 5/8") tubes
..the better quality should be just about 2" thick

I re-cored mine a couple years back and it was some of the best money I ever spent... I lucked out cause it only cost me like $250...

Its great to use the factory stuff, fits right, looks right... it runs super cool now too.

I had one done with 1" tubes and it was around $250. That was 7 years ago.

I had 2 factory Mopar Radiators recored with a high-flow efficiency 2-core, one is a stock 22" 66 a-body rad and a 19" b-body one, both cars have 340 engines, never run hot! The 22" one cost around $400, I like how the stock rads look so this was the way to go for me.

Yep. Mine was like $500 with labor. Triple core high efficiency. The core barely fits. Overheating's not a worry, though. Brass/copper cores are expensive.
