Anybody really good with Photoshop?

I am looking for somebody that is really good with photoshop or a similar program. I have a concept for my next build but I don't have any experience with that type of program to be able to get what is in my head onto the puter. So if anybody wants to volunteer, speak up and I will let you in on it. But I would like to keep it private for the time being.

Is it a paint job? Can you just explain a little of what you want without going into detail? I am self taught in Photoshop and can do a little!

It is the paint job that I am talking about. It is a theme type of paint job. I don't want to say much more about it than that except to whoever can do this little task.
