anybody thought of having a tilt front end

I allows the front to tilt without hitting the doors, and it serves to pin down the assembly when closed. You may be able to leave this piece still attached to the fenders if it is hinge on a spring hinge to let it swing out to avoid the door (the fenders curve under and won't clear the doors when tilted)

Looks like it's on a free swivel. Then when the front end comes down it attaches with a couple of dzus fasteners. Found a few more pictures too.
