Anyone alse on here get cluster headaches? Not Migraines..

I get both. Haven’t had a cluster this year, but there is still time. Several migraines, however.

For me, children’s and female voices are painful. My family has finally figured out to leave me alone during either headache.

Heat pad wrapped around the forehead, cool, dark bedroom, curled in fetal position with some form of gray noise - talk radio sports, politics or local. No music.

Also, I'm done with this post as I should have never posted it in the first place.. it needs to just die, like we all will someday.

I worked with this lady that would have cluster and migraines, she finally found that her heart had a small hole. Deoxygenated blood was bleeding into the oxygenated blood, causing her to have headaches.
