I just purchased a "NEW" set of Hedman Headers that a fella had stashed in the back of his performance store. They are a set of the "H18" Hedman Hedders. I called Hedman, and they say that these are designed to fit 68-73 Dart/Demon 318/340/360. The headers are in PIECES. That is, there is a single tube for the front and back port and a double tube for the center ports. Also, there is an extra removable tube on the driver side for accessing the starter. Both sets of pipes come down and run into a bolt on Collector.
My question to everyone is, has anyone ever used this type of header? I think there is a company out there that is making a set like this, and I remember seeing a link to an article about them, but I could not find it while looking today.
BTW, these Headers are still NEW....Never seen any heat at all and still have the original install kit with them. I'd take some pictures and post them, but I dont know how to post photos for everyone. LOL.
